I have just minor remarks. It would be better if there were a bit more description of quantum mechanics, namely with respect to the question whether it supports anti-realism or not, and if there were an example of /5().

Kuhn As with the Popper book proposed by User, this is not an introduction to philosophy of science but a philosophy of science itself. It is written as a historical review of how science has been done and proposes key ideas in modern philosophy of science as paradigm and normal science.

I bought this book as a science pleb and expected it to broaden my horizon in the science field. The book only reminded me that I don't get philosophy. While some scientific theories can sound far fetched, adding esoteric philosophic discussions to the stew doesn't really help.

That does not mean I did not enjoy the book. This book both introduces the philosophy of science through examination of the occult and examines the occult rigorously enough to raise central issues in the philosophy of science.
